Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, met vers gebakken eitjes en heerlijke aardbeiensmoothie. Het personeel was vriendelijk en attent. De locatie van het hotel was handig, dichtbij het centrum van de stad.
Het restaurant was rommelig en niet goed georganiseerd. Er waren verschillende problemen met de voorraden en het bestek was niet goed aangevuld.
